A focused intermediary in physical commodity trade.
GDK Investment Group connects qualified buyers with producers, refiners and exporters across agriculture, energy and metals. Founded in 2023 and based in Florida, the firm is led personally by its founder, who brings more than twenty years of experience in Brazilian import and export.
What we do
Trade facilitation, done properly.
We are an intermediary, not a trader. We do not hold inventory or take title to goods. Our role is to qualify both sides, set out clear terms and stay involved until the cargo is loaded.
Counterparty qualification
We review company registration, trade history and payment capacity on both sides before any names are shared.
Transaction coordination
Written offer, signed acceptance and introduction under a confidentiality and fee agreement, followed by contract, load-port inspection and shipment.
Clear communication
Native Portuguese, with English, French and Spanish, so specifications, documents and timing are understood the same way on both sides.

We work with end buyers, producers and exporters, or representatives holding a written mandate from them.
- Agreements in writing
Every engagement begins with a signed confidentiality and fee agreement.
- Independent inspection
Quality and quantity verified at load port by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or equivalent.
- Transparent commission
Agreed in writing before any introduction.
- Documented process
Each step is recorded, from first inquiry to loading.
Founder
Gislaine De Abreu Macek
Founder & Principal · Brazilian and French national, based in the United States
Gislaine founded GDK Investment Group in 2023. Before commodities, she spent more than two decades in international business, negotiating with counterparties across Europe and the Americas.
From 2002 to 2022 she was President of Henouda Importação e Exportação, an import and export company in Brazil. She also led FLH Negócios Internacionais, structuring cross-border agreements in international sport, and founded The Timeless Concept, an international editorial studio.
She works directly with every client, in Portuguese, English, French or Spanish.
