Confirm You Qualify

For Buyers

  • You are the end buyer (no intermediary chains)
  • You have immediate access to funds (BCL or equivalent)
  • Your inquiry meets minimum transaction values
  • You understand standard trade procedures (LC, SGS)

For Sellers

  • You have documented allocation or mandate
  • You can provide product specs and SGS reports
  • Your pricing is market-realistic (verified vs Platts, ICE)
  • You can provide refinery or mill documentation

For Intermediaries

  • You have direct contact with the principal
  • You are willing to verify credentials before introductions
  • You understand and accept our commission structure
  • You agree to NCNDA / IMFPA before any contact sharing
