Brazilian-origin agricultural commodities.
Sourced at producer and mill level in Brazil, with full export documentation and independent inspection at loading. Producers registered with destination authorities where required, including GACC, FDA and DG SANTE.

Refined products, crude and liquefied gases.
Supplied from established international origins. The refinery or its appointed seller is identified before contract, and quality and quantity are inspected at the load port.

Commercial terms
How offers are structured.
Prices, volumes and current availability are shared with qualified buyers after the introductory call and company documents. The framework below applies across all three sectors.
Incoterms
FOB or CIF under Incoterms 2020, depending on product and destination.
Contracts
GAFTA, ANEC, FOSFA or the seller's standard terms, with a signed sales and purchase agreement.
Inspection
Quality and quantity at load port by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or equivalent.
Payment
Documentary letter of credit or as agreed in the contract, issued by a bank acceptable to the seller.
