    Asset class, location, size and how the acquisition will be funded.

  2. NDA

    A non-disclosure agreement is signed before any asset is identified.

  3. Capacity

    Proof of funds or a mandate letter from the acquiring entity.

  4. Information

    A summary of the asset, followed by the full information memorandum.

  5. Introduction

    A direct meeting with the owner or the owner's advisors.

Fees

Agreed in writing before any introduction and payable only if the transaction closes.

GDK introduces the parties. Introductions are made in cooperation with licensed brokers where required. GDK does not offer securities or provide investment advice.
